Salendo al primo piano, invece, si trova il ristorante gourmet, preceduto da un salottino con la cantina dei vini. Dietro una parete scorrevole, che comunica con la cucina, si nasconde il\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">laboratorio di lieviti e pasticceria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Gli spazi dunque sono\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">eleganti e minimal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, con tavoli e sedie curati dal noto architetto\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Simone Subitoni<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
