CLICCA QUI<\/strong><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ha aperto sabato 24 febbraio in Via Bellegra 29, zona Villa Gordiani, il laboratorio gastronomico <b>\u201cLatium Lab\u201d<\/b>, un luogo in cui le eccellenze del territorio laziale sono state messe al centro del progetto, ed in cui \u00e8 possibile assaggiare prodotti difficili da reperire a Roma, come le Coppiette di Bassiano o il Fiocco della Tuscia, il tutto unito a delle buone birre artigianali ed a dell&#8217;ottima compagnia del proprietario. A cimentarsi in questa nuova avventura imprenditoriale, \u00e8 il giovane Silvio Marinelli, che ha fatto della ricerca sul territorio, e della qualit\u00e0 delle materie prime, il suo obiettivo commerciale, seguendo quella che \u00e8 filosofia della valorizzazione dei prodotti del territorio.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>Come nasce \u201cLatium Lab\u201d?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><i>Dalla passione per il mondo della gastronomia, della birra e del cibo in generale. Il mio progetto \u00e8 quello di offrire al cliente delle materie prime laziali di qualit\u00e0 rispetto al solito clich\u00e9 che troviamo generalmente in giro.<\/i><\/p>\n<figure maggiormente trattate?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><i>Sono tante e uniche nei loro generi, come per esempio il Pecorino Cenerino, il Capocollo riserva di Montefiascone, o birre artigianali particolari ed uniche che solamente assaggiando si pu\u00f2 capire la loro differenza da quelle commerciali.<\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>Perch\u00e9 una persona dovrebbe venire presso \u201cLatium Lab\u201d?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><i>Perch\u00e8 credo che <\/i><i><b>\u201cLatium Lab\u201d <\/b><\/i><i>non sia un luogo in cui si entra solo per mangiare, ma ci si viene per fare un viaggio alla scoperta della tradizione laziale e della qualit\u00e0 del cibo, e come diceva Virginia Woolf: \u00abUno non pu\u00f2 pensare bene, amare bene, dormire bene, se non ha mangiato
