A imbottire generosamente le tortillas (il burrito da\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">9 euro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0pu\u00f2 essere riempito fino a 500 gr\u00a0 mentre\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">7 euro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0il pi\u00f9 piccolo fino a 300 gr , a seconda del formato scelto) tre tipi di carne, come la ricetta originale suggerisce; e allora chili con carne, carne di maiale (carnitas) o pollo allevato a terra che dialoga democraticamente con la variante vegetariana a base di riso, bianco o piccante, fagioli neri, cheddar fuso e verdure miste oppure con la quinoa. A questo punto pochi semplici passi vi dividono ancora dal vostro burrito : il vero gusto del Tex-Mex \u00e8 nella scelta delle salse, come l\u2019acclamatissima\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">guacamole<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(con avocado, cipolla, pomodori, coriandolo), la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">salsa di chipotle,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0praticamente un mix di peperoncino chipotle affumicato, tanto conosciuto nella cucina texana, oppure la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">salsa verde messicana<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0in purezza, la pico de gallo, a base di pomodoro, coriandolo, cipolla e lime. L\u2019abbinamento perfetto \u00e8 con il tradizionale\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">margarita<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, il cocktail messicano pi\u00f9 famoso al mondo, a base di tequila, triple sec e succo di lime, la cui versione frozen \u00e8 ottenuta grazie a dei \u201cmantecatori per shekerare\u201d, senza ricorrere ad artificiosi preparati in busta.
