L\u2019acqua viene considerata un vero e proprio alimento; andrebbe ingerita in modo costante durante tutto l\u2019arco della giornata, ma molte persone per\u00f2 riferiscono di avere difficolt\u00e0 a bere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un escamotage potrebbe essere quello di utilizzare infusi-b e tisane a patto che le si beva senza l\u2019aggiunta di zuccheri. In commercio ne esistono per tutte le esigenze per cui possiamo coniugare il bisogno di idratazione con il gusto e l\u2019utilit\u00e0 su altri fronti. Sono l\u2019ideale per una pausa di relax o una coccola serale: gi\u00e0 la loro preparazione potrebbe rappresentare un rituale distensivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naturalmente se vogliamo utilizzarle al meglio dobbiamo tenere conto delle nostre esigenze e dell\u2019orario della giornata. Per chi non ama prendere il latte la mattina pu\u00f2 essere gustoso un infuso di frutti rossi\u00a0 o del t\u00e8 verde. In commercio ne esistono numerose varianti. Personalmente amo quello deteinato ed aromatizzato con vaniglia e gelsomino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ottime le tisane ad effetto detox quando i nostri organi emuntori sono messi a dura prova come il fegato. A volte sono a base di carciofo e possono risultare un po&#8217; amare: solo le prime volte aggiungete un cucchiaino di miele!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con l\u2019arrivo del caldo spesso ci si ritrova con le gambe gonfie e la cellulite si fa pi\u00f9 evidente : potrebbe essere indicata una tisana drenante da evitare per\u00f2 nel tardo pomeriggio e la sera per ovvie ragioni!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se avete un\u2019alimentazione disordinata e difficolt\u00e0 digestive \u00e8 indicata al termine dei pasti principali una tisana a base di finocchio. Perfetta se preparata anche in aggiunta a liquerizia o anice dalla vostra erboristeria di fiducia, ma anche al supermercato se ne trovano pronte con un ottimo rapporto qualit\u00e0\/prezzo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infine se il vostro intestino \u00e8 bloccato numerose sono le scelte di tisane con nomi che non lasciano dubbi come regolarit\u00e0 o giusta regola, quelle sono indicate la sera prima di andare a dormire come gli infusi di camomilla o malva se avete problemi di addormentamento!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vasta \u00e8 la scelta dei t\u00e8: tra i pi\u00f9 conosciuti il t\u00e8 nero ricavato da foglie fermentate, il t\u00e8 verde che ha una lavorazione che evita l\u2019ossidazione, il t\u00e8 bianco un t\u00e8 pregiatissimo ed il t\u00e8 scented miscelato a fiori profumati. Questi possono essere utilizzati in vari momenti della giornata e non hanno un apporto calorico se usate senza aggiunta di dolcificanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
