{"id":25687,"date":"2020-09-08T11:08:09","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T09:08:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/?p=25687"},"modified":"2022-09-19T12:59:26","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T10:59:26","slug":"mindful-eating-riconnettersi-con-il-proprio-corpo-by-emanuela-scanu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/index.php\/2020\/09\/08\/mindful-eating-riconnettersi-con-il-proprio-corpo-by-emanuela-scanu\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindful Eating: Riconnettersi con il proprio corpo- by Emanuela Scanu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindful Eating: Riconnettersi con il proprio corpo<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tra le nuove tendenze per la gestione dei disturbi dell&#8217;alimentazione, con particolare riferimento all&#8217;aumento del peso e all&#8217;incapacit\u00e0 a seguire una dieta, segnalo la Mindful Eating.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si stima che il 50-60% della popolazione manifesti un qualche\u00a0<\/span><b>comportamento alimentare disfunzionale,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0rientrando nella categoria di quella che comunemente viene definita \u201c<\/span><b><i>fame nervosa<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d o \u201c<\/span><b><i>fame emotiva<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d e che a quattro anni e mezzo dalla conclusione di una dieta, mediamente, le persone mantengono una perdita di soli 3 kg, ovvero il 3,2% della riduzione del peso iniziale. La percentuale di persone che hanno mantenuto la perdita di peso, varia da meno del 3%, se consideriamo il mantenimento del 100% della perdita di peso, al 28%, se consideriamo un mantenimento di meno del 10% della perdita del peso iniziale, dopo 4 anni (Priya Sumithran P., Proietto J., 2013).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chi soffre di fame nervosa soffre di<\/span><b>\u00a0dis-regolazione emotiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: non riconosce le emozioni, le confonde con la fame e, di conseguenza, mangia in maniera smodata, non tollerando le emozioni negative. Un\u2019altra caratteristica di questa popolazione \u00e8 la presenza di\u00a0<\/span><b>credenze rigide<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(i cosiddetti pensieri \u201ctutto o nulla\u201d), accompagnata da ruminazione o soppressione del pensiero (\u201cNon devo pensare al cioccolato\u201d).
