Un notevole aumento di peso per la maggior parte degli italiani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non avendo neanche il fine settimana per fare un giro o cambiare aria sembra che il maggiore divertimento sia utilizzare le serate del sabato e le domeniche pomeriggio in maratone di serie televisive accompagnate spesso da cibi poco salutari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ogni anno ci diciamo che compreremo solo un uovo di Pasqua, ma poi amici o parenti ce ne mandano sempre uno di troppo. Non che non sia gradito certo, ma \u00e8 un continuo richiamo a sgarri che si attuano nel quotidiano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insomma poco movimento e troppo cibo a disposizione. Esiste qualche consiglio per arginare i danni?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cercher\u00f2 di condividere dei trucchetti. Alcuni saranno anche scontati, ma vanno messi in pratica assolutamente senza perdere ulteriore tempo per non trovarci tutti ad un mese dall\u2019estate in preda al panico ed ai sensi di colpa. Evitare sgarri e riprendere un minimo di attivit\u00e0 fisica sono in cima alla lista, ma iniziamo da qualcosa di semplice per iniziare a sgonfiarci un po&#8217; a patto poi di riprendere la retta via:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sicuramente bere \u00e8 importante per eliminare le tossine ingerite e diluire gli zuccheri nel sangue. Due litri di acqua sarebbero l\u2019ideale anche se per molti non \u00e8 facile. Oltre a ci\u00f2 che bevete la mattina ricordate di bere un bicchiere di acqua a digiuno (aiuta a far risvegliare l\u2019apparato digerente!) bevete una bottiglietta entro ora di pranzo ed un&#8217;altra per l\u2019ora di cena. Aggiunto a quello che avrete bevuto nei tre pasti ci dovrete quasi essere.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un aiuto viene anche dalle tisane: detox la mattina, a base di finocchio per contrastare i gonfiori addominali dopo i pasti ed una tisana relax la sera per favorire il sonno. Le tisane bevute tiepide\/calde hanno anche una funzione \u201ccoccola\u201d molto soddisfacente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per evitare di cercare dolci dopo i pasti le tisane sono un importante aiuto come lavarsi subito i denti. La sensazione di freschezza vi eviter\u00e0 di andare a cercare la cioccolata nel barattolo in cucina!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sera evitate i carboidrati, anzi dalle 17 sarebbe molto meglio.
