Spesso mentre mangiamo facciamo altro. Mangiamo mentre guidiamo, mentre siamo al pc o davanti alla televisione. Molti studi confermano che se si \u00e8 distratti durante il pasto si mangia circa il 15% in pi\u00f9. (Bellisle e Dalix,2001)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essere distratti mentre si mangia \u00e8 molto frequente e ci d\u00e0 l\u2019impressione che non \u00e8 un compito molto importante. Mangiare in modo consapevole ci permetterebbe di rallentare e ristabilire una connessione tra cervello e stomaco! E\u2019 importante il tempo che si dedica al pasto, ma anche la giusta attenzione, senza distrazioni, per poter allenare il nostro buongustaio interiore!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33882 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1a-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1a-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1a-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1a-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1a.jpg 1229w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complice una serie Tv\u00a0 con una alta frequenza ci si trova sprofondati in una sorta di trance a mangiare in modo automatico uno snack o un intero pasto! Chiaramente non \u00e8 solo colpa della TV questa \u00e8 solo una delle nostre azioni disturbanti la nostra alimentazione consapevole. Eppure molti studi si concentrano proprio su questo aspetto perch\u00e9 multifattoriale. Gore ed altri autori in uno studio del 2002 segnalano una correlazione significativa tra quanto si guarda la TV e quanto si mangia. Queste le principali ragioni evidenziate:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il tempo che si dedica alla TV ne toglie ad attivit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 attive e costruttive come camminare, lavorare, occuparsi delle faccende domestiche\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 un\u2019attivit\u00e0 sedentaria che rallenta il metabolismo e quindi l\u2019uso delle calorie (il sonno ed il riposo danno maggiore beneficio al corpo rispetto alla TV e hanno un minore abbassamento del metabolismo!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante i programmi Tv vengono proposti dalle pubblicit\u00e0 alimenti non salutari (spesso cibo spazzatura) che stimolano l\u2019appetito anche se non hai fame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spesso si mangia inconsapevolmente fino alla fine del programma andando ben oltre i segnali di saziet\u00e0 o pienezza.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Tv per alcuni \u00e8 una \u201ccompagnia\u201d ,ma non sostituisce una conversazione con amici o in famiglia in cui la mente \u00e8 ancorata al momento del pasto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dovremmo imparare a fare pi\u00f9 attenzione ai nostri comportamenti alimentari e dare pi\u00f9 valore al momento dei nostri pasti. Mangiare riempie lo stomaco, nutre il nostro corpo, ma anche la nostra anima e dobbiamo esserne consapevoli cercando di selezionare la qualit\u00e0, la quantit\u00e0 ed il momento in cui ci nutriamo.
