L\u2019iniziativa \u00e8 stata annunciata in Campidoglio, durante la conferenza stampa che si \u00e8 tenuta il 9 novembre, ed andr\u00e0 ad affiancarsi alla quarta edizione del \u2018Gelato World Heritage\u2019. I due eventi dedicati al succulento prodotto gastronomico sono organizzati dall\u2019Associazione Italiana Gelatieri, \u00a0e si terranno dal 10 al 12 novembre all\u2019interno di \u2018Excellence\u2019 nella suggestiva location della Nuvola all\u2019Eur.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la conferenza stampa sono stati annunciati in anteprima i dati sul gelato artigianale italiano, prodotto dolciario con un andamento pi\u00f9 che interessante.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I numeri, illustrati dall\u2019Aig, confermano il grande momento positivo per la gelateria italiana con aumenti di oltre il 30% nelle regioni del Centro Sud, del 28% nelle citt\u00e0 d\u2019arte, con Roma Capitale d\u2019Italia che sale al 32%, ed il 24% nelle regioni del Centro Nord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>\u00a0\u201cIl moltiplicarsi dei consumi del gelato italiano significa che tutta la filiera dell\u2019agroalimentare, e le imprese collegate all\u2019indotto generato, crescono. Questo porta qualit\u00e0 del prodotto, utilizzo sempre maggiore delle materie prime quindi valorizzazione delle eccellenze italiane e locali\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 commentano <strong>Claudio Pica <\/strong>e<strong> Vincenzo Pennestr\u00ec<\/strong> rispettivamente segretario generale e presidente dell\u2019<strong>Aig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c8 Roma quindi a trainare le citt\u00e0 italiane, grazie anche al ritorno del flusso turistico nazionale ed internazionale. E tra i gusti classici sempre gettonatissimi \u2013 compresi i sorbetti di frutta e i gelati alcolici \u2013 emergono interessanti new entry cos\u00ec come entusiasmanti rielaborazioni. Tra queste, la grande riscoperta dello zabaione in versione gusto iconico della Capitale. Conosciuta come la crema delle creme, la pi\u00f9 dolce per antonomasia, lo zabaione \u00e8 un classico e quello realizzato da Matteo Grizi \u2018fa gola\u2019 ad appassionati e cremelover. Spumoso e schiumoso quanto basta, lo \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/differeventblog.wordpress.com\/2022\/11\/09\/zabaione-capitolinum-e-il-gusto-novita-con-roma-al-30-di-consumo-di-gelato\/\">Zabaione Capitolium<\/a>\u2019 del Maestro Gelatiere di Albano si contraddistingue per la salsa densa e il colore decisamente tendente all\u2019oro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>\u201cLa mia ricetta si ispira a quella originaria, ho riportato l\u2019autenticit\u00e0 delle materie prime, misto di tradizione e genuinit\u00e0.
