E<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ncomiabile il lavoro svolto fino ad oggi. Sergio Marchionne ha salvato prima Fiat; poi \u00e8 riuscito a comprare Chrysler a costo zero; ha salvato Chrysler; ha fuso le due aziende ed ora sta tentando di costruire un gruppo mondiale in grado di competere con i colossi del settore come Toyota, Volkswagen e General Motors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuttavia, il settore \u00e8 tra i pi\u00f9 difficili e competitivi al mondo. <strong>FCA<\/strong> oggi quota circa due\/tre volte l\u2019EBITDA (margine lordo), contro valutazioni decisamente superiori dei giganti del settore. Perch\u00e9? <strong>FCA<\/strong> non ha ad oggi le economie di scala necessarie per sostenere il massiccio volume di investimenti per concorrere adeguatamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli analisti sanno perfettamente che, nonostante i progressi industriali, FCA non riesce a ripagare gli investimenti fatti all\u2019 interno di un ciclo economico completo. Di qui lo sconto in termini di valutazione.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come si pu\u00f2 vedere dal grafico degli ultimi 15 anni, il titolo fornisce grandi exploit ciclici per poi fare i conti con i problemi summenzionati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-438 size-mh-magazine-content\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romaoggi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/53316600-678x340.gif\" alt=\"FCA\" width=\"678\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo scorso 27 gennaio Sergio Marchionne ha aggiornato il piano industriale al 2018 e ha disegnato la strategia di FCA per il prossimo futuro.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tre sono i problemi del settore auto in questo momento<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il raggiungimento di economie di scala (almeno 10 milioni di autovetture vendute annue)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leggi sempre pi\u00f9 stringenti relativi alle emissioni di anidride carbonica<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli sviluppi tecnologici che porteranno all\u2019 introduzione della cosiddetta \u201cauto che si guida da sola\u201d entro il 2020.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalle indicazioni emerse a fine gennaio FCA, \u00a0sembra intenzionalmente ignorare questi trend futuri, concentrandosi totalmente sul successo delle vendite americane di Jeep e non perdendo tempo e soldi nell\u2019 investire sull\u2019 auto elettrica o sull\u2019 auto che \u201csi guida da sola\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A chi glielo fa notare,<strong> Sergio Marchionne<\/strong> risponde che per ora chi investe nell\u2019 elettrico perde solo soldi e che il petrolio probabilmente rimarr\u00e0 con quotazioni molto contenute per i prossimi 10 anni. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci\u00f2 vale per il futuro pi\u00f9 prossimo, ma fra 5-10 anni, questa strategia di massimizzazione del presente, potrebbe rivelarsi un boomerang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forse FCA,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www,fcagroup.com\">http:\/\/www,fcagroup.com<\/a>, preferisce massimizzare i ritorni del piano industriale e delle stock options dello stesso \u00a0Sergio Marchionne fino al 2018, in modo da poter negoziare da posizioni di forza una fusione con uno dei giganti del settore, se non addirittura una vera e propria vendita tout court dell\u2019azienda, risolvendo in un solo colpo i problemi di competitivit\u00e0 di FCA.
